Privacy
In short: we collect what you type into the scope checklist so a person at finalist.cc can answer you. We do not send it to contractors, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to marketers, data brokers or ad networks.
Who we are
interiorpainting.directory is operated by Our Landmen LLC (“we”, “us”), which also runs finalist.cc. The checklist on this site goes to the finalist.cc desk. Quotes and job descriptions you send on finalist.cc itself are covered by the finalist.cc privacy page.

What we collect
- What you send us. The scope checklist asks for the ZIP code, the rooms, the surfaces to paint, whether the rooms are lived in, when, your name and email, your phone if you give it, a description of the job, and any room measurements you add from the calculator.
- Hosting logs. Google’s hosting service handles each page request and can log the IP address and the page requested, to deliver and secure the site.
The room calculator runs in your browser. What you enter into it is not sent to us unless you put the rooms into the checklist form. We set no cookies and run no analytics on this site. The only outside request the pages make is sending the checklist to Google Firebase when you press the button. The buttons to finalist.cc are plain links; opening one sends nothing from this site.
How we use it
- To read your request and reply with a scoping document, or with questions first.
- To write to you about that request, or to call you if you gave a phone number.
- To keep spam and abuse off the site.
- To meet our obligations under state and federal law.
We do not send it to contractors
We do not send your request, your quote or your details to contractors, and we take no payment from contractors for referrals. You decide who sees the scoping document.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to data brokers, ad networks or commercial lead sellers.
Who else handles it
- Google Cloud Platform and Firebase host the site, deliver it, and store form submissions.
- Email. If you write to hello@interiorpainting.directory, your message goes to us by email and we reply from our own mailbox.
Your choices
Whether or not a state privacy law requires it, you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal data about you and send you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete what you gave us;
- stop processing it.
Email hello@interiorpainting.directory with “Privacy request” in the subject and say what you want done.
Keeping it safe
Everything moves over HTTPS (TLS), and Google encrypts stored data at rest. The site is not meant for children under 13.
