In short: this site is a door to finalist.cc, where a person reads interior painting quotes and writes scoping documents. Sending the checklist creates no contract with us or with any painter, we do not send it to contractors, and the room calculator is not a quote.
Using the site
By browsing or sending information through interiorpainting.directory (the “Site”), you agree to these terms and to our privacy page. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
What the Site is, and is not
The room calculator, the sheen scale, the scope checklist and the other material on the Site are for information and for planning a job. They are general information, not professional advice.
- Not a painting contractor. Interior Painting Directory is a door to finalist.cc, run by Our Landmen LLC. It does not do painting work and publishes no list of painters.
- No contract from a request. Sending the checklist does not create a contract with us or with any painter. We do not send your request, your quote or your details to contractors.
- Painters are not ours. We do not employ, recommend or stand behind any painter. Before you hire one, ask whether they hold any license or registration that applies where you live, ask for proof of insurance, and get the scope and terms in a written contract.
- Notes and calculator figures. A benchmark note or scoping document is one person’s written read of what you sent; it is not a price, an inspection or a judgment that a price is fair. The room calculator does geometry on the measurements and assumptions you enter. Real rooms, surfaces and paints differ, and its figures are not a quote.
Fair use
Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Please do not:
- run scrapers, crawlers or other tools to copy the Site’s pages or calculator in bulk;
- send false, deceptive or spam requests;
- probe, attack or try to get around the Site’s security or rate limits;
- pose as another person, business or professional.
Ownership
The text, drawings, marks, layout and code on the Site belong to Our Landmen LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright law.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Our Landmen LLC and its affiliates, officers and contractors are not liable for indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages from using or relying on the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
